Landscaping services are provided by Greater Outdoors Lawn care Inc.
Greater Outdoors pride themselves on professional grounds management and are equipped to handle landscaping related issues promptly, efficiently, and courteously.

Services include:

Gate Security is provided by high grade CCTV and a swipe card system.
The main gate has a wireless intercom system providing communications between the gate and clubhouse. Guests and homeowners will be directed to the clubhouse for registration during clubhouse opening hours. Contract gate security will provide directions to homes for guests outside clubhouse opening hours.

The cable TV package at Terra Verde is provided by Orlando Telephone. A variety of forty seven channels include news, weather, movies, sport, documentaries and TV series. For the kids there are cartoons and of course Disney channels. A Terra Verde Resort information channel is also available.

The trash collection service at Terra Verde is provided by AKA Waste Management. Collection times are:

Individual Homes
Tuesdays and Fridays - Please put bagged trash into containers with lids and place them at the edge of the driveway Monday or Thursday evenings.

Townhomes
Monday to Saturday - Trash must be bagged and placed inside the bench located at the entrance to each villa.
Dumpsters are provided by Republic Services for excess trash. Dumpsters are located on Pompano Beach Dr and Madiera Beach Blvd.

Please remember it is the homeowner's responsibility to ensure that guests are aware of how to dispose of trash correctly during their stay. A handout is available to download that can be made available to guests. It is recommended that a copy of this handout is placed in the guest information folder in your home.

Homeowners or guests requiring a taxi service can simply contact the concierge team who will be happy to make the reservation through '4 Korners' Transportation.
