The Clubhouse at Terra Verde Resort
The clubhouse at Terra Verde is a modern resort facility with a range
of amenities to make you star at Terra Verde relaxing and enjoyable. The
offices of the Terra Verde Homeowner's Association are also situated at
the clubhouse. Details of all the amenities provide by the Homeowners Association
can be found below.

The concierge
Our concierge team provides a friendly and
professional service to assist Homeowners and Guests. They are happy
to offer advice and provide directions to attractions and amenities
in the Kissimmee and Orlando area.
Hours of Operation: 8am-9pm, 7 days a week.

Post:
Outgoing post can be left at the clubhouse and is collected daily.
Stamps are available from the vending machine at the clubhouse.
Post, including parcels can be delivered to the clubhouse and will
be held for two weeks without prior arrangement. Homeowners who have
parcels delivered should give the clubhouse prior warning.
Homeowners or Guests are responsible for collecting their own post.
Disclaimer: The clubhouse staff and members of the
Masters, Manors and Villas Board cannot be held responsible for
any post that is not delivered, goes missing or is returned.
Office Services:
Photocopying: 25¢ per sheet.
Faxing: $1 Receiving or Sending
Clubhouse Amenities
Terra Verde offers many of the facilities of a first class hotel.
You and your guests may enjoy a variety of amenities that will enhance
your stay. These services are extended to your guests.
Children under the age of 14 years must be
accompanied by an adult.

 Clubhouse Lounge:
A large lounge is
provided where owners and guests can relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary
coffee, read a book or check their emails. Cable TV and free wireless
internet access is also provided. Please note that the Internet Wireless access extends
outside the clubhouse, to the pool area.
All Homeowner's Association meetings are held in the lounge.
In addition, the lounge is available for private hire.

Fitness Room: Fully equipped fitness room with
running machines and cycles.

. No fitness instructor available.

Business Centre
Two state of the art PC’s with high-speed internet access and a printer, provided for the use of owners and guests. Use of PC’s is 20¢ per minute and printing 20¢ per page with payment by cash or credit card

Games Room: Pool, Football and Air hockey table
plus a range of arcade games for all ages. |

Sauna: De-stress, relax and rejuvenate in our
sauna. The sauna experience will leave you feeling very much alive.
Your senses will be sharpened, and your tactile sensitivity heightened.

with spa, sunning deck and Tiki Bar. Open from 8am until 9pm.

Operated on behalf of the HOA by Paradise Island Tiki Blue, serves a range of soft drinks, beers, wine, smoothies and light snacks.

Opening hours, normally 11.00am - 9.00pm, may be adjusted at peak times, holidays and during promotional events.
Happy hour daily from 5.00pm - 7.00pm
Owner's evenings on Wednesdays, 5.00pm - 7.00pm
Karaoke evenings on Fridays and DJ evenings on Saturdays
